Vagus Nerve Tea

Use to support the nervous system and to help relieve the fight and flight response!

Directions:
1 tablespoon per 6-8 oz. of boiling water, steep for 5-10 minutes for an herbal tea and an additional 10-15 minutes for an herbal infusion.
