Our Return & Shipping Damage Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Hello Dia! We pour our hearts into curating special treasures, crystals, and handmade goods from our local makers. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, we operate under the following small-business policies:
✨ All Sales Are Final
Because we work so closely with independent creators and carry limited, energetic pieces, all sales (both in-store and online) are final. We aren't able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind. We kindly ask that you take your time and choose your pieces mindfully before checking out!
📦 Broken or Damaged Items
We wrap every single package with absolute love and care to ensure it arrives safely. If the postal journey was a little too bumpy and your item arrives broken, please don't worry! While we don't issue cash or credit card refunds, we will absolutely make it right with a replacement or store credit.
To help us take care of this for you safely and quickly, please follow our Damaged Goods Framework:

The 48-Hour Hello: Please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of your package being marked as "delivered" by the mail carrier.

Snap a Picture: To help us see what went wrong (and so we can file a claim with the post office), please email us clear photos of the damaged item and the box/packaging it arrived in.

Your Replacement: Once we see the photos, we will happily ship you an exact replacement at no extra cost to you!

One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Because so many of our metaphysical tools and local goods are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, an exact replica might not always be available. If we can't replace it perfectly, we will happily issue you Store Credit or help you pick out a beautiful replacement item of equal value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Teas, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund will be applied or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
