Tea Blend - Slumber

Use this blend before bed to support a restful night of sleep and support the nervous system!

Directions:
1 tablespoon per 6 - 8 oz. of boiling water, steep for 5 - 10 minutes for an herbal tea and an additional 10 - 15 minutes for an herbal infusion. 

Ingredients:
Organic German Chamomile, Organic English Lavender, Organic California Poppy, Organic Linden, Organic Passionflower, and Organic Skullcap
