Tea Blend - Breathe

Use to support the respiratory system if there are signs of congestion and/or asthma!

Directions:
1 tablespoon per 6 - 8 oz. of boiling water, steep for 5 - 10 minutes for an herbal tea and an additional 10 - 15 minutes for an herbal infusion.

Organic Nettle, Organic Mullein, Organic Plantain, Organic Peppermint, Organic Sage, and Organic Rosemary
